Kosheen - Catch

Kosheen are a British trip hop, breakbeat and rock group based in Bristol, England.
The trio consists of producers Markee Substance (born Mark Davies 1974, Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland) and Darren Decoder (born Darren Beale 1974, Bristol), with singer and song writer Sian Evans (born 9 October 1973, Wales).
The name of the band is a combination of the Japanese words for "old" (古, romanized transliteration 'ko') and "new" (新, 'shin').
Their first album, Resist was released in September 2001 on Moksha recordings/BMG and reached number eight in the UK album chart. It spawned the singles "(Slip & Slide) Suicide", "Hide U" (covered by Suzanne Palmer the same year), "Catch", "Hungry" and "Harder". Resist was heavily promoted in the 2002 edition of the Nokia Game.
A short loop of "Harder" could be heard from all parts of the game's virtual world.
Kosheen achieved international success with their debut single Hide U, which reached #6 in UK official chart. Their debut album “Resist” (released in 2001), a powerful mixture of drum’n’bass, trip-hop, chillout, hip-hop-inspired beats and traditional singer-songwriter production, was warmly accepted by both critics and audience and later went “platinum” in the UK.
With their second LP “Kokopelli”, Kosheen changed their music style and turned to more rock-oriented tunes mixed with electronica & trip-hop. The first single from the album, “All in My Head”, became a huge hit, reached #7 in UK chart and the album went “gold”.
Kosheen are also known for their classy gigs, gathering thousands of people from all over the world. The band’s live sound is slighty different from their studio production. They have just finished a successful UK tour and are performing throughout Europe to December 07. Live they are augmented by Mitch Glover on live drums and Gary Eccles on keys (on session).
Sian was involved in some side projects, including collaborations with Bent (tracks “I Can’t Believe It’s Over” and “Sunday Boy” on Bent’s cd “Ariels”) and cajun jazz band Root Doctors. Her vocals can also be heard on Decoder’s composition “defenseless” (off his “Dissection” album), recorded before Kosheen was formed.
The lyrics:
You create misery, have your cake and eat it
Take your place in history, and pray we don’t repeat it
Call it faith, call it back, call it off, don’t call me later
Lay your head in your pain, it’s just how you make it
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m coming, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way start running, I’m gonna catch you
It’s your day believe it, it’s your date with destiny
It’s to late to leave it, after all it’s your it’s your party
Call it luck, call it faith, call me beautiful to my face
Call it out to my to suprise, it’s just how you make it
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m coming, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way start running, I’m gonna catch you
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m coming, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I’m running, I’m gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way start running, I’m gonna catch you
Catch you
